Rienzi’s annual Historic Dinner celebrates Midcentury Menu: Dining in the Atomic Age, bringing the bold flavours and tropical flair of the 1950s and ’60s tiki craze to life through an immersive fine-dining experience.

We developed a series of dishes from 1950s menus, illustrations and photographs to create a post-war dining experience. The display included sculpted replica jellies, savouries and desserts .
