Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if there is an issue.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@fakefoodworkshop.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  2. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Postage for Returns

  • For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return postage.
  • For all other returns (if approved), the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders
  • Items altered at the customer’s request
  • Sale items

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and notify us immediately to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
