Processing Time
All products are carefully sculpted and prepared in the Fake Food Workshop. For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity and will have individual lead times discussed during the ordering process.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. We ship domestically within the UK and internationally to select countries.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every product is thoughtfully packed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Please note that no crockery or cutlery is included in the sale unless explicitly stated.
Delivery Times
- UK Orders: 2-4 business days from dispatch.
- International Orders: 7-14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance.
Customs and Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if there is an issue.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at - sales@fakefoodworkshop.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Postage for Returns
- For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return postage.
- For all other returns (if approved), the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and notify us immediately to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
