The Medieval Kitchen at Falkland Palace

For the Medieval Kitchen at Falkland Palace, we created sculpted replicas of eels and herring, recreating two foods that would have been familiar sights in the kitchens of the royal household.

Each fish was carefully sculpted and finished by hand to capture the texture and appearance of the real thing. Displayed within the historic kitchen, the replicas help bring to life the everyday food preparation that took place behind the scenes of the royal court.
