Collection: The Art of Faux Food - Classes

Welcome to the Fake Food Workshop

Update - Our classes in 2025 were a fantastic success with students traveling from across the world to join us and learn how to make some of our iconic dishes. More Classes coming in 2026 - join our mailing list to keep in touch 😋

Classes - This summer, we’re opening the doors of our studio in Kirkcudbright for a series of creative, two-day courses. Choose from The Art of Faux Pâtisserie or The Art of the Faux Fry-ups and learn the craft of casting, painting, and assembling your own collection of incredible inedibles.

Our workshops are designed for small groups to ensure plenty of personal guidance. No experience is needed — just bring your creativity.

What to expect:

All tools, materials, aprons, and gloves are provided.

Wear warm, comfortable clothing — the studio can be cool.

Lunch is not provided, but there are many excellent local options nearby.

Please note: Unfortunately, our current workshop facilities are not suitable for wheelchair access.

Please note: Workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in advance.

Your finished pieces will be carefully dried and posted to you after the workshop — a unique and lasting memory of your time with us.
