This lovely hand-finished, replica, butchers style pie is made in small batches and sculpted by hand in our workshop in the harbour heart of Kirkcudbright. It’s formed with layered, tinted materials to recreate the depth of a traditional pork filling, set within a rich Jesmonite crust that captures every fold and flourish of a classic butcher’s pie. This version includes six cheese cubes and three pickled onions to complete the traditional pork-pie-and-pickles display.
