A tall glass dessert layered with pale cream and bright strawberry sauce, finished with a generous swirl of whipped cream and a glossy cherry on top. The scalloped glass bowl allows the rich red sauce to spill slightly over the edge, capturing the look of an overfilled ice-cream parlour sundae.

This sculpted dessert takes inspiration from classic café puddings and retro ice-cream sundaes, where generous layers of fruit sauce and cream created colourful, indulgent displays.

Each piece is individually sculpted and assembled in the Fake Food Workshop, giving subtle variations in layering, sauce movement and decoration.
