A bright strawberry dessert presented in an elegant glass stem bowl. Vibrant red strawberry sauce swirls through pale cream, creating a marbled effect around the dish, finished with a soft spiral of cream and strawberry on top.

Inspired by retro ice-cream parlour desserts and layered fruit trifles, this sculpted piece captures the look of a freshly assembled strawberry pudding while remaining entirely inedible.
