Inspired by traditional moulded desserts with deep colours of deep pink and red with winter berries, this replica jelly is cast in layers of resin to achieve its glowing, translucent finish. The form echos classic Victorian centrepieces, the base has layer of cream piping, while the top is finished with seasonal berries and foliage for a festive flourish.
Each jelly is designed as a showpiece for tables, counters, festive scenes and display cabinets, bringing colour and height without the challenges of using real food. These pieces are part of our heritage-inspired collection, drawing on historic dessert moulds and the theatrical presentation of period dining.
