This sculpted jelly is created in small batches in our workshop in the harbour heart of Kirkcudbright. Inspired by traditional moulded desserts and the deep colours of winter berries, each piece is cast in layers of resin to achieve its glowing, translucent finish. Fruits and botanical notes are suspended within the form to echo classic Victorian centrepieces, while the top is finished with seasonal berries and foliage for a festive flourish.
Each jelly is designed as a showpiece for tables, counters, festive scenes and display cabinets, bringing colour and height without the challenges of using real food. These pieces are part of our heritage-inspired collection, drawing on historic dessert moulds and the theatrical presentation of period dining.
