A singular trio of sculpted pink custard tarts, created as a one-off set and never to be repeated. Each tart is finished by hand and crowned with a different decorative flourish, drawing on the visual language of traditional pâtisserie with a knowingly theatrical twist.

The set includes:

  • A pink custard tart topped with jewel-bright replica gummy bears

  • A classic pairing of sliced strawberries and piped cream

  • A final tart finished with a glossy green cherry

Each piece sits within a crisp, golden pastry shell and is designed as a display object rather than a functional prop. Perfect for collectors, window displays, shoots, or installations that favour colour, nostalgia, and sculptural detail.
